At T.U.K. Footwear Outlet, we want you to love your new shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer or outer box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
